City Telecom is ISO 9001 registered and licensed by OFTEL to carry out maintenance on telephone systems. Regular and independent audits are held to assess the levels of response and to evaluate the performance of our personnel.
Our approach to business
Communication - From our initial engagement with you, we will strive to understand all of your current requirements and expectations, then proceed forward with a solution or service based on that information.
Requirement change - We understand that people and businesses alike have their circumstances change, sometime very quickly. City Telecom is set up to be flexible to your needs. To keep in-line with our commitment to high levels of services to you, we offer contracts with less commitments from either our partners and customers as compared to our competitors.
Planning and control - All of the activities we engage in with our customers or partners are mapped out in timescale, functionality, delivery, and expectation. Governance and control of these engagements would be handled by City Telecom unless you would like to be actively involved.
Issues and risks - City Telecom proactive reviews all of its customer accounts on a weekly basis or monthly basis. If there are any advantages such as discounts, functionality, or new updates that we can pass along to you , we will do so at the earliest possible time. We think this approach is a preventative measure to ensure customer and partner satisfaction through risk mitigation efforts.
Reporting - City Telecom provides our customers with self-service reporting portals for invoices and customer usage records. If additional reporting is required, City Telecom can make those arrangements with you.
