Managed Services (When ordering)

When Ordering
- Please choose as many lines as you need, and as many locations as you require. We will contact you to verify all the information you have provided, and ask you a few additional details as well.
- Some of the managed or hosted services require a specific phone. If you already have the correct phone, then please let us know during our verification process.
- Please pay close attention to the questions that are being asked during the checkout process. If you do not know an answer, please leave the field blank and we will clarify the information when we contact you.
- If you have mulitple numbers to port (transfer from your current operator), please fill in the porting section of this website, or simply contact us. We should be able to provide you a discount on the phones or some associated plan.
- If you wish to sign up with City Telecom for longer than 3 years, we will offer you additional discounts. Please call us directly.
- When ordering you first need to set-up a user name and password. City Telecom will not know your password (as it is encrypted), and your credit card details are not stored beyond the transaction that you place. All the other information you provide is only used for reordering to reduce any re-keying (double entry) effort.
