Success with Cisco's Unified Comms
City Telecom has continually invested in solutions and its people surrounding what Cisco has to offer.
As Unified Communications is now starting to take hold in many companies, City Telecom has been having increased success in its offering of Cisco products and services. For small businesses we have seen an increase in demand for the Cisco Unified Communication IPPBX solution UC 540 and UC 560 which for the most part is a turn key type of solution. With City Telecom's core expertise in connectivity, we are well positioned to provide complete solutions for our customers.
On a slightly larger scale City Telecom is offering solutions surrounding Call Manager Express and Call Manager for higher end services and larger organisations that require greater flexibility.
According to Shawn Majeski, Product Director of City Telecom, the future looks bright as we are looking to set up lab facilities for our end customers and future prospects to view functional demos before they buy. These lab facilities would also be used for channel partners to test their preferred configuration for their customers.
