When signing up as a City Telecom reseller or partner, all of the details surrounding our services and the payments to our partner or reseller will be discussed and mutually agreed keeping to a customer centric approach for all business dealings.
The financial justifications to join City Telecom include:

• Increased revenue from your existing vertical markets
• Establish new revenue in new vertical markets
• Establish new ongoing revenue streams from new vertical markets
• Reduce the cost of sales and marketing to new verticals
• Reduce the Cost of Sale for acquiring new customers

Regarding how much City Telecom will pay you as a reseller or partner depends upon the two major considerations:
1) City Telecom's involvement which impacts the cost of sale
2) The amount of reoccurring revenue over time
Below are some of the criteria we use to measure the value of the deal initially, and over time.
• Introduction of new business via your own efforts (only)
• Use of City Telecom staff to help win the new business
• The initial deal size
• The reoccurring revenue over a define length of time
• Ongoing support costs from the deal
• Could the new referral benefit City Telecom in some other manner
• Would uplifts and cross selling be possible
• Goals and targets relating to revenue and market penetration
