City Telecom offers training on all our Small to Medium Business (SMB) Solutions as part of the solution we recommend. We feel that the knowledge transfer from training is a key aspect to help keep your TCO down to a minimum.
The training we offer is unique to each company as each company has their unique business processes as well as system and application configuration requirements. The training is meant to:
• Allow your staff to be up and running within the minimal amount of time necessary
• Provide answers to staff questions
• Provide trouble shooting processes and identification
• Help your teams be more self reliant to resolve issues that may arise with the installed solution
We provide additional training for large groups, departments, or on a one to one basis. Training would be done at your location using your equipment and installed applications. This can be done in a classroom setting, or within a department. If you have geographically dispersed locations we can offer video conferencing or webinars as possible solutions.
If special equipment is required; you need extra manuals, paper based text book options or you prefer an online self teaching solution, City Telecom will make all the arrangements to meet those requirements.
Training includes knowledge transfer on:

• Call handling (Attendant, ACD Agents, users etc) phone books and other system features
• More advanced features in the software application advanced administration system.
