For relocation
DDI Service
City Telecom will route all of your numbers to one central number of your choice. For example, we would re-route to a reception desk at another location. For this you will need a SIP Service at both locations. This is simply the Mapping of a DDI so your customers, employees, partners, and other important people can contact your company. Time for remapping - few minutes.

IP Phones
City Telecom can re-map and reconnect your IP phone at any location if you have a hosted SIP service from us. Time for remapping - few minutes.

ISDN connections to one call Centre
City Telecom will route all of your numbers to one central number of your choice. Time for remapping - few minutes.

For loss of service (line breakage)
One of the most common problems is that a service engineer from another company digs up and breaks your telephone line thus disrupting your telecom services. The most common solution to this problem is to have a back-up PSTN line coming in from another source. For example, if you have ISDN2 or ISDN30 as your main lines which get disrupted, and you have a back-up line, we could re-route all your calls from the ISDN service to your back-up PSTN lines if you have the correct SIP services in place.

All other Re-routing options
For companies with SIP Trunks and DDI's already in place, City Telecom would be able to re-route all your calls to any location with DDI's to any number of SIP enabled phones within moment of the requests.
