We offer training with the products and services that we have installed with each solution. Our after sales support and retraining is meant to give you some peace of mind as upgrades become available, and to pass on valuable knowledge on how to best use your communication systems. All initial training is provided free of change as part of the service, and with our support desk we provide quick and easy information during normal business hours.
Our retraining service more comprehensive, and it is meant to provide your company with a long term resource as technology and your business goes through changes over time. The retraining services we offer include knowledge transfer on:
• Handsets and equipment
• Voicemail, call handling, and phone books
• More complicated features in the advanced application administration system.
Retaining is normally done via any of these combinations:
• At your location, one-to-one with your staff using your equipment
• Video conferencing
• Webinars if multiple locations are involved
• Group sessions at your location
If special equipment is required, you need extra manuals, text book, or you prefer an online self teaching solution, City Telecom would make arrangements to meet those long term requirements. We will worry about the planning, installation, training, and long-term support and maintenance so you can get on with your business.
